CITY BREAKS TO HISTORICAL BOSTON

The city of Boston is unlike any other major city in the United States. It packs in a lot of history but yet has a modern and contemporary vibe, with sophisticated dining and nightlife.

Firstly, this is a walkable city where you can follow the historic Freedom Trail, wander the cobbled streets and red brick houses of Biggin Hill, or even cross the Charles River to Cambridge and visit the most famous university in all of America, Harvard.

The city is not short of wonderful attractions, from the stunning Boston Harbour to the Old State House. Why not rest your feet by dining on world-famous Clam Chowder, or a refreshing beer at the Cheers bar (yes, the TV Show!).

Boston is also rare in that it has a sports team in each of the four major American sports. Fenway Park is the oldest baseball park, and we highly recommend watching a game here or alternatively taking a VIP tour of the iconic stadium. If American Football is more your thing, then head over to Foxborough to catch the New England Patriots. If you fancy a game that’s a little closer to the city centre, then head to the TD Garden arena, home of the Celtics (Basketball) and Bruins (Ice-Hockey).

Head over to Boston Common and try and find the famous bench from the movie Good Will Hunting. You would be able to recognize it, it’s the bench with a thousand messages scribbled all over, dedicated to the late, great Robin Williams.
